BBNJ Cambridge Blogpost shared by DOSI

I’m happy to share that the text I published with Julia Schutz Veiga in the Cambridge International Law Journal (CILJ) was featured in the Deep-Ocean Stewardship Initiative (DOSI) ‘s September 2025 newsletter!

Drawing on examples like the SISGen system and blockchain-based IP-NFTs, we explore how legal innovation and digital infrastructure can work together to make equity in the global commons operational.
