Part A of the special journal issue “Narratives, Frontier Technologies, and the Law” has been published in Law, Technology and Humans (Vol. 7 No. 1, 2025)!
This publication brings together research developed during the Narratives, Frontier Technologies & the Law (NFT-L) Conference, held at Maastricht University Faculty of Law on 30–31 October and 1 November 2024.
The papers in this issue help show how legal frameworks do not simply hashtag#react to frontier technologies — AI, quantum computing, bioprinting, and neurotechnology — but actively hashtag#render the narratives that shape their paths. Lawyers, as narrative builders, play a key role in shaping technological imaginaries and governance.
